How Long Should A Detox Diet Take
The length of time of a detox diet will vary. Factors such as your state of health, prior experience of detox dieting, personal preferences and medical advice. A short detox diet might take 3 days. A full detox diet will take 7 to 10 days. Aless stringent version of the full detox diet would involve substituting only 2 of the 3 main meals of the day with the diet regime by making the midday meal one of a healthy meal. By adopting the less stringent approach, the detox diet might last up to a month.
The toughest part of any detox diet for most of us is usually the mental component. It is hard enough to adstain from solid food for just one day, never mind a period of up to 10 days.
